About the Role:

As a Senior Living Underwriter, you will engage in the full underwriting process, which includes processing submissions, account underwriting, quote issuance, policy binding, endorsement management, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end underwriting process with precision and care.
- Foster strong, effective communication with agency partners to drive profitable growth.
- Proactively interact with agency partners and management daily, ensuring exceptional client support.
- Execute daily underwriting tasks with accuracy, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Senior Living underwriting.
- Proven success in underwriting within the Senior Living industry.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living insurance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
- Ability to thrive independently in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, reflecting your commitment to professional development.
