Position Title: Trim Production Associate

Wage: Up to $20/hour DOE

Shift: 1st, 3rd

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, 3am-12pm Monday-Friday

Trim Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure trim production meets company quality standards and customer specifications
- Review work orders before starting production
- Take accurate measurements for cutting and shaping trim
- Select the proper machine and follow the correct sequence of tasks
- Adjust machinery to meet specific trim profiles
- Load and unload materials using machines, carts, and dollies
- Inspect finished products, remove defective trim, and document any issues
- Clean and maintain trim machines weekly
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Safely operate a forklift to load materials onto machine

Trim Production Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience
- 2+ years of work experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and stay aligned with team goals
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand 7-10 hours per day
- Ability to operate a forklift
