**Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit**

Department Information:

Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 yrs Respiratory Therapy
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

Adult Care, NICU (no pediatric)

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (Resource Team requirements)
RRT or CRT
NC Licensure

Skills required:

Critical Care
NICU
ED
Progressive Care
All Floor Therapies

Support within the Department:

Respiratory Care Leadership and staff

Technology/Equipment:

EMR: EPIC
Department specific Equipment: Servo ventilators (to include I, U, and Airs), Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, bubble cpap

Floating:

Will be required to float within region, as needed, within scope of practice – will be DECLINED if not agreeable. If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
Region 1 includes: Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, any Freestanding ED within Region, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
