Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Float Requirements: all units if necessary
Number of Beds: 96 bed hospital, 4 units of 20-26 patients
Patient Ratios: roughly 1:12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, & Adult Acute. 1:10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis/SUD
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adolescents 13-17 year olds, then 3 units of adults 18+
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: average length of stay is 7-10 days, we are an acute stabilization behavioral health hospital
Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Deescalation skills Preferred Skillset/Experience: Behavioral health, Medical or dual diagnosis experience, able to do CIWA, COWS.
