Job Details:

\n

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n• 13-week assignment duration
\n• On-call and overtime responsibilities required
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required with neurological case experience mandatory
\n• Work in comprehensive stroke facility environment
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT with advanced registry in Cardiac-Interventional, Vascular-Interventional, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography
\n• Preferred experience in Vascular Radiography
\n• Work with Siemens technology and Cerner EMR systems
\n• Prepare sterile examination rooms and equipment for physicians
\n• Prep patients and assist physicians with scrub-in procedures
\n• Perform post-procedure clean-up and conduct all 3D imaging
\n• Explain examination procedures to patients and obtain medical history
\n• Prepare contrast media, medications, and IV solutions
\n• Set up sterile equipment, physiological monitors, pressure injectors, and imaging equipment
\n• Actively assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures
\n• Demonstrate radiation protection principles and ALARA techniques
\n• Complete all study indexing in Radiology Information System
\n• Perform quality assurance procedures and maintain medical documentation
\n• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
\n• Must maintain continuing medical education requirements
