We are looking for a Training Manager located at our offices in Hurricane, Utah. As the Training Manager, you will ensure that all team members make excellent training progress and become true team contributors with increased value to the organization.

What you will do:

• Create training materials in compliance with OSHA and ShipIt standards

• Develop and execute training programs

• Track training progress of all team members

• Ensure all team members are obtaining continuous improvement through training with the Online Training Academy

• Assess any and all training needs and execute a plan to provide said training

• Ensure team members have their responsibilities covered so that others can attend our training classes

• Be trained as a classroom supervisor and supervise the ShipIt classroom as needed

• Ensure all classroom books and materials are properly handled

• Ensure there is always ample basic medical supplies in stock at the ShipIt building and there is a Medical Liaison Manager available on site

• Track trainees’ attendance and progress

• Provide consistent communication will all managers and team members about training programs required within their respective departments

• Manage the Work Safety Unit

• Ensure trainings are filmed and distributed when necessary

• Stay up-to-date with OSHA regulations and make corrections to training programs as needed

• Quality Training:

  • Participate in the development and delivery of quality-related training programs

  • Ensure that all personnel are aware of and trained on quality procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to provide a welcoming and safe learning environment

• Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with team members by understanding their individual needs and abilities

• Punctuality and promptness

• Previous experience in a quality-related role in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of quality control processes

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management or regulatory affairs are a plus

Pay: $41,000 annually + Bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
