Tire Store Manager OR Body Shop Manager needed (East Mesa)

World Wide RV is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our busy Recreational Vehicle Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with experience in tire or body shop operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a full-service dealership with a large Service, Parts, and Body Shop, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Job Duties:

The duties of a Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and gathering vehicle information
• Listening to customer requests and clearly documenting service needs on repair orders
• Estimating costs and repair times while accommodating customer schedules
• Resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Monitoring vehicle progress during service, communicating updates, and obtaining approval for additional work
• Securing warranty approvals and processing reimbursements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Service experience in a dealership, tire, or body shop environment
• Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, employees, and vendors
• Proficient computer skills
• Solid and reliable work history
• High school diploma or equivalent
