Position Overview The Project Engineer will assist FSIs Tile Division in managing commercial projects, helping our clients deliver projects successfully to the end user. The ideal applicant is knowledgeable and passionate about construction, and enjoys learning and improving the work we do every day. Responsibilities Manage project documentation, from project award to completion Manage material procurement and project schedules Assist our Project Managers with client communication, cost-tracking and deliverables Tasks and Main Goals Prepare, send, and track submittals through all approvals Prepare and submit general project documentation, as required by our clients Communicate extensively with suppliers, clients and FSI team to ensure a smooth project delivery Create work orders and installation plans Track labor hours and material costs Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Three years of experience with commercial tile projects Desired Qualifications Five years of experience with commercial tile projects Advanced technical knowledge of the tile industry Strong organizational and communication skills Architectural or engineering background Intermediate Spanish Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr Flooring Solutions
