Duties Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. Engage with prospects through various channels, including email and social media, to establish relationships and identify their needs. Utilize data base to manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse clientele. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
