Position Overview

We’re looking to hire seasonal associates for a variety of roles. Whether you're an experienced tax preparer or someone with customer service experience, we have positions available to suit different skill sets:

• Experienced Tax Professionals : Prepare individual and small business tax returns, assist with double-checking returns, and provide customer service.
• Entry-Level Support : Learn tax preparation skills while assisting our team and helping with customer service in a supportive environment.

We offer a flexible schedule to help balance work and family life, and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals who are passionate about providing top-tier service to our clients.

What We Offer:

• Flexible Hours : Part-time and Full-time, temporary positions with the opportunity for 15 – 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Tax Professional , your duties will include:

• Preparing accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Assisting with complex tax situations and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.
• Conducting due diligence and using leading-edge technology to streamline the tax process.
• Occasionally providing accounting and bookkeeping services.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Contributing to a positive, client-focused culture with an emphasis on acquisition and retention.

For those without tax experience, we will train you to assist with customer service, tax return preparation, and general office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Tax Professionals : Minimum of 2 years of recent professional experience in tax preparation or accounting.
• For entry-level roles, no prior tax experience is required—just a passion for learning and helping others.
• Knowledge of tax regulations for individuals and small businesses (Schedule C and E preferred).
• A current PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) or the ability to apply for one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse clientele.
