Overview

Non-profit Healthcare Organization Seeking an experienced Provider Recruiter to join our talent team. This role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and exceptional health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume provider recruitment desk.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
• Facilitate interviews with hiring managers, present offers, and navigate the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting providers such as physicians, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, dentists, cardiologists, optometrists, podiatrists, etc.
• SHPR Certified and/or PHR Certified.
• Must reside in New York and be able to travel locally across the state (Suffolk County, Hudson Valley, and/or New York City) as needed.

Travel

• Approximately 20% travel to local recruitment events throughout New York.
