We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer College Intern to support our administrative and sales research efforts. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in business operations, sales prospecting, and industry research. The intern will assist in identifying potential industry track owners using Google Maps and other research tools, helping to build and refine our sales prospect database.

• Conduct research using Google Maps and other online resources to identify potential industry track owners.
• Gather and organize contact information for prospective clients.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales prospect databases.
• Support administrative tasks related to business development and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Prepare reports and summaries of research findings.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Google Maps and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hands-on experience in sales research and administrative support.
• Exposure to the rail industry and business development strategies.
