Job Description

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER in Towson, MD. Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience as outlined below. Responsibilities:

• Design of retaining walls, headwalls, weir walls, culverts and other site/civil structures.
• Project management responsibilities can include preparation of proposals, overseeing staff and coordinating with other disciplines in addition to evaluating system selection, design, planning and direction of construction document preparation.
• May assist with client billings to assure timely completion; resolves client questions on invoices and makes follow up phone calls regarding overdue bills as necessary.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Structural engineering or related area.
• EIT license is a Plus, PE required for senior engineers
• Knowledge of local building codes preferred
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Risa-3D, Enercalc and RAM Suite of Software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
