Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Conduct recruitment efforts by qualifying candidates, scheduling and completing interviews, and providing orientations.
• Reference check and test candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new associates, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Sales & Business Development

• Respond to calls from applicants and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate new business and expand current accounts through inside sales strategies and lead generation.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to pass on leads and increase business growth.

Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both client companies and associates.
• Address any issues or concerns with innovative solutions, maintaining a positive, professional image.

Administrative Support

• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records of client and candidate interactions.
• Utilize MS Office and other software applications to manage workflow efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong sales mindset with experience in recruitment or sales.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to develop relationships, problem-solve, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and good keyboarding skills (40+ WPM).

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus incentive bonuses, commensurate with experience and ability to deliver results.
