This dynamic position is located in Milton and involves:
- Scheduling and conducting interviews from entry level to skilled positions
- Recruiting, interviewing, placing and motivating employees in a wide variety of industrial and administrative positions throughout the Milton area
- Developing relationships with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and expectations succeed
- Generating soft leads and bringing on new clients through outbound and inbound sales activity (online, phone and in-person activity)
COMPENSATION:
Salary offered is dependent on transferable skills/experience: this is not an hourly position. Benefits include: a competitive bonus plan based on branch performance, medical benefit plan, paid mileage, paid training, monthly wellness bonus, personal internet service reimbursement, and much more!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year
- Minimum 1 year staffing industry experience
- An upbeat, positive and energetic attitude.
- Your own transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strength in creativity and analysis
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment
