Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated sales professionals to join our team as full-time sales agents. This role is similar to that of a realtor. Agents work on a 1099 basis and have the flexibility to set their own hours, committing 30-40 hours per week. Sales training and licensing are provided. HomeQuest will provide training for you to get your Salesperson License with the Department of Housing and Community Development. Agents have completed the class and passed their test within one week of starting. This license is much simpler than obtaining a real estate license.
Training Includes:
- Industry overview and history of mobile homes
- Lead generation strategies
- Effective dialogue and building relationships
- Sales techniques
- How to obtain listings
- Marketing strategies
- Contract overview
- Escrow and titling processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and communities
- Follow up on leads to convert them into sales
- Visit mobile home communities to increase visibility and engagement
- Host community social events and open houses
- Generate new leads through various marketing efforts
- Contact potential clients from call lists to generate interest
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly self-motivated and competitive
- Eager to improve and succeed
- Able to market current inventory effectively
- Skilled in selling listed homes and securing resale listings
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with the potential for a six-figure income.
