Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Hybrid: 3 Days On Site, 2 Days Remote

Pay Rate: $25-30 Hourly Based On Experience

Looking to HIRE for June Start Date

6 Month Contract with Possible Extension

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and paid social campaigns, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in Email/SMS management platforms (e.g., Attentive, Mailchimp).
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and creativity in solution development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Functions:

The Social Media Specialist will support the strategy, development, and execution of social media and other channel initiatives across multiple B2C & B2B brands. This role ensures that all online content and interactions align with individual brand voices. The position involves managing social media strategies, content planning, and daily operations of social channels, with a strong focus on engagement and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee brand communication across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence, including paid advertising, influencer programs, and community engagement tactics.
  • Leverage AI tools to efficiently create and optimize content, copy, and visuals, enhancing productivity and streamlining daily tasks.
  • Coordinate content calendars, develop targeted copy, and schedule posts tailored to each brand’s audience for all channels.
  • Assist with the launch of Tik Tok platforms for our Legacy brands.
  • Work with agency to monitor and respond to comments, customer inquiries, and crisis situations timely while maintaining brand professionalism.
  • Collaborate with influencer agencies to set expectations, acquire content, and report campaign success.
