Service Delivery Manager

Required Skill Set:
5 yrs as service delivery manager
5 yrs commercial payments domain experience
5 yrs client site experience
Strong program management and delivery experience across service lines development, prod support, and QA
Strong understanding of Java NodeJS, Datawarehouse, Microservices, AWS Cloud systems
Strong experience in preparing and presenting service delivery dashboards to executive leaders
Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision making and team management skills
Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC
Good understanding of AI solutions and productivity acceleration solutions
ITIL certification (nice to have)
