About the Role

As the Senior Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the voice, visual identity, and engagement across all social media platforms for AQUA Beauty Line, the parent company of AQUA Hair Extensions (professional) and AquaLyna Hair Extensions (DTC). You’ll lead the execution of cohesive, trend-forward content that educates, inspires, and converts across both brands.

This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for a content-savvy individual who’s ready to take ownership of day-to-day social media operations while collaborating with an experienced marketing and creative team.This is a creative-meets-strategic role for someone who thrives in the beauty space, has a deep understanding of content trends, and can balance aesthetics with performance.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Community Manager, and Brand Development Manager, contributing to growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

What You'll Own

  • Execute AQUA’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
  • Create, schedule, and publish all social content in alignment with brand goals and campaigns
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive conversation and community
  • Monitor daily engagement — reply to comments, DMs, mentions, and community tags
  • Concept and create content using all available resources: iPhone capture, mobile apps, behind-the-scenes, campaign assets, and more
  • Support production on content shoot days
  • Conduct influencer and UGC outreach, managing communication, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized systems
  • Maintain backend admin such as model release forms, content trackers, and file folders
  • Track and analyze performance using Sprout Social or Dash Hudson; share monthly insights with ideas for optimization
  • Stay plugged into trends, platform shifts, and content styles — and confidently pitch new ideas
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand messaging across platforms

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience managing brand social accounts and creating engaging content (beauty, lifestyle, or fashion experience preferred)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and naturally take initiative
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple content streams
  • Have strong copywriting skills and a passion for storytelling through short-form content
  • Are comfortable both behind the phone and behind the scenes — shooting, editing, planning, and posting

Tools & Platforms We Use

  • Sprout Social or Dash Hudson (scheduling & reporting)
  • CapCut, InShot, or similar (mobile video editing for Reels/TikToks)
  • Canva (graphics for stories, carousels, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Figma (collaboration with creative/marketing team)
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro (bonus, not required)
  • Asana (project & content workflow)
  • Slack (team communication)
