We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (HCM) with hands-on experience in SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors integration.

  • 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM
  • S/4HANA
  • SuccessFactors integration.
  • Understand configuration
  • Strong understanding of data modeling
  • API management and middleware technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in managing integration projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
