Senior Salesforce Administrator Hybrid (Miami, FL)

Hybrid Miami Office (3 days onsite/week)

Up to $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their growing internal Salesforce team. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where technology plays a vital role in delivering customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Salesforce admin duties: user management, permission sets, page layouts, reports & dashboards
• Configure and maintain complex flows
• Work through a ticketing system to provide end-user support and troubleshooting
• Assist in system enhancements and ongoing platform development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure platform performance and scalability
• Support integration work with MuleSoft and Sage 100 ERP
• Participate in upcoming projects, including the rollout of Sales Cloud

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Strong proficiency in complex Flows and declarative configuration
• Experience with Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Salesforce ticketing and support environments
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
• U.S. work authorization required
