About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Merchant to help us explore, define, and build the next-generation crypto-based merchant payment solutions. We aim to revolutionize how merchants accept cryptocurrency, bridging the gap between traditional and Web3 payments. As a key leader in this initiative, you will be at the forefront of researching market needs, understanding merchant pain points, and assessing competitive landscapes to define the most impactful solutions. This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, strategic thinking, and a self-starter mindset. You will drive market research, user insights, and competitive analysis to shape the direction of our crypto merchant payment products. What You'll Be Doing Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends. Conduct market research, user insights, and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities. Product Execution & Delivery Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define, build, and launch impactful features. Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and ensure smooth execution. User & Market Research Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and industry trends to continuously improve the product. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market developments to inform product decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with key stakeholders, including compliance, business development, and operations, to drive product success. Communicate vision, progress, and impact effectively to internal teams and leadership. What We Look For In You 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, ideally focused on merchant payments (C2B/B2B), acquiring, or checkout experience. Experience working with payment processors, PSPs, card networks, stablecoins, or alternative payment rails. Strategic Thinking & Research Skills Ability to thrive in ambiguity, exploring open-ended problems and driving structured decision-making. Proven experience in user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product direction. Strong track record of turning strategy into execution, launching and scaling payment solutions. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, business development, and design teams. Passion for crypto payments, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 commerce. Understanding of on-chain transactions, Layer 2 scaling, stablecoin adoption, and gasless transactions is a plus. Nice to Have Experience working with crypto-native payment solutions, blockchain-based remittances, or stablecoin payment flows. Familiarity with crypto wallets, Web3 checkout experiences, or cross-chain payment interoperability. English and Mandarin bilingual preferred. OKX Statement: The salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $286,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
