Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist and Partner

Location: Des Plaines, IL, hybrid work environment

Base Salary: $90-100K base, plus bonus, depending on experience

Job Summary: This position is an individual contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and more.

Key Points & Responsibilities:

• 7 plus years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience if no degree
• Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
• PHR or SHRM certification is required
• Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on performance management
• Work with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations
• Experience with management to address employee development, workforce planning and organizational design needs
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions, including interviewing and onboarding
