Compensation: $80,000 – $115,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
We’re partnering with a top-rated, financially stable property and casualty insurance carrier that’s rapidly expanding across the Western U.S. They’re seeking a Senior Commercial Property Claims Adjuster to join their growing claims team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling complex commercial property claims , providing expert coverage analysis, and delivering high-quality service to insureds and vendors. The role operates in a hybrid or remote model depending on your location and experience.
Manage complex commercial property losses from start to resolution.
Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims involving structures, ordinance & law , and business income losses .
Provide excellent service to policyholders, vendors, and internal partners with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
Interpret and apply policy coverage with precision and confidence.
Handle commercial condo claims , lessor’s risk , and Homeowner/Condo Association policies .
Manage vendor assignments and oversee the estimating process (Symbility preferred).
May also handle inland marine claims including contractor’s equipment losses.
10+ years of experience in commercial property claims adjusting .
Strong understanding of commercial construction systems and business interruption coverage .
Proven ability to manage large-loss and complex claims files .
Familiarity with Symbility or similar property estimating tools.
Experience handling claims for commercial condos , contractor’s equipment , and association policies is highly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Competitive base salary of $80,000 to $115,000
