Wells Fargo is seeking a professional to lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives. In this role, you will ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations. You will research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business. You will work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership. You will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. You will collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures. You will provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of wire transfer processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: troubleshooting technology issues with software applications
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and evaluate exposures/potential risks within an operating structure
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer software problems
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Ability to mentor and train less-senior staff
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
  • Ability to distill large amounts of information quickly and create executive type level Communications
  • Multi disciplined incident managers with best-in-class problem solving, data analysis
  • Proactive monitoring to identify gaps and inform the design of solutions
  • Crisis management / incident management experience including design and execution of data workarounds
  • Process Design / Data Design / Continuous Improvement / Client Experience / Risk and Control Experience

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled to support a 24/7 environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
