Asset Manager | Senior Living | Leading CRE Investment Firm

We are working with a leading CRE investment firm that is looking for an Asset Manager to help drive operating performance for an institutional-grade portfolio of senior living assets, which is part of our client's multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.

Our client is looking for a strategic, revenue-focused operator who deeply understands sales and operations, has worked with both internal and external stakeholders, and has the ability to quickly build rapport and gain respect from their operating partners.

Additionally, this individual will have experience leveraging data and analytics in their decision making, with a high degree of financial acumen.

Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of direct experience working with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm - senior living experience is a hard prerequisite
• Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
• Experience implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Experience conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
• Experience working with third-party operators
