Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 educational setting in Troy, TX. This contract role spans the current school year with a flexible schedule averaging 20 hours per week over 2-3 days, serving Early Education through 12th-grade students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 90 students, with support from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant handling the majority of direct therapy.
  • Supervise and collaborate effectively with SLPAs to ensure quality care and adherence to therapeutic goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the diverse communication needs across early education to high school levels.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in alignment with district and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued in Texas.
  • Proven ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:This role offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $48 to $54 per hour, commensurate with experience and fit. Weekly pay is provided along with comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
