Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time school psychologist position is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) period, supporting four different elementary schools on-site in Detroit, MI. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in school psychology who can provide prehensive psychological services and mentorship to an intern during the ESY session.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to students in elementary schools.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student development and academic success.
• Provide supervision and support to a school psychology intern, facilitating professional growth and effective service delivery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in pliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings.
• Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to an intern.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work full time onsite throughout the ESY period.
