Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP GRC implementation projects, hands-on expertise with SOX audits, Fiori security, R/3 security, and BI security. The role involves working within an onshore-offshore model and requires strong client interaction skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage SAP security projects, including GRC implementation and enhancements.
2. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
3. Design, implement, and manage security roles and authorizations in SAP Fiori, R/3, and BI environments.
4. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver seamless and integrated security solutions.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of security requirements.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
7. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across SAP landscapes.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
9. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on SAP security concepts and practices.
10. Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve security posture.

• Proven experience in SAP security, including GRC, SOX audits, Fiori, R/3, and BI security.
• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture and compliance requirements.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
