What Youll Do:
🔧 Manage day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks, bug fixes, and BAU support
📈 Build dashboards, custom objects, and Flows to support business needs
🤝 Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
🔗 Integrate Salesforce with Pardot and other tools in a low-code setup
📚 Train new users and support onboarding across a 100-user org
What Were Looking For:
12 years of Salesforce experience
Strong communicator and problem-solver
Someone coachable and interested in growing with the Salesforce team
Experience with Flows, dashboards, and custom objects
Financial services background is a plus
Adaptable, curious, and ready to make an impact
Apex knowledge is a bonus (but not required)
