Position: Lead Salesforce Admin

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Model)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Required Skills: Profile and permission sets - Manages/ create/edit permission set groups Data Migration using Data loader, import wizard, and workbench - Import, export, and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system Salesforce Lightning Flows(Record Triggered Flows, Scheduled Trigger Flows, Sub flows, Auto Launched Flows, Screen flows) Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. Monitor Service now tickets for Grant/Remove and Maintain user licenses Performing Data Loads Knowledgeable in creating reports, simple SQL queries Lead Assignment/Case Assignment Good to have experience in Case and Lead Assignment rules Shell/Bash Scripting Troubleshooting and system issue resolution.
