Design International Group, Inc. , a fast-growing manufacturer and national distributor of fashion stationery, gift items, novelty toys, party favors, and garden decor, is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to liaise with both our sales people here in the US and our overseas teams daily to share artwork, collect costing, monitor sample requests, and confirm product approvals. There will be opportunities to assist with product ideation, merchandising and marketing.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Draft line listings in Excel

· Coordinate incoming and outgoing sample shipments

· Submit factory quote requests

· Write copy for item setup and e-commerce

· Perform any tasks needed in order to secure orders from our clients (e.g. obtain product and factory information for sales reps, figuring out how to set up items on our client's online platforms, obtain certificates of insurance, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Strong numbers sense.

· Self-starter with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities.

· Working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.

· Multi-tasker with good time management to meet all deadlines.

· Well organized and very detail oriented.

· Team player mindset and willingness to help others outside of daily duties.

· Critical thinker with the ability to catch and avoid mistakes.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. YOU MUST SHOW UP TO WORK EVERYDAY MON-FRI 9AM TO 6PM
