Responsibilities:

The primary job purpose of this position is to support our operators in the field.
Monitors vehicle assignments and updates operators on service issues.
Monitors pull-outs and pull-ins.
Provides input to route changes/emergency needs due to inclement weather or other situations that demand attention.
Assists in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Ensures operating policies and safety procedures are followed in the field.
Maintained training and compliance of files and facilitated training and safety meetings.
Ensures people are qualified to conduct their jobs safely and consistent with company policies and procedures.
Promotes and develops a safety and customer service culture consistent with company’s stated objectives.
Continually monitor assigned area to ensure effective service and safe vehicle operation.
Help ensure that operators have support in the field and to provide guidance to operators.
Provide operator coaching and training as needed.
Ensures all vehicle operation is safely performed and that employees are properly trained.
Investigate incidents and accidents.
Monitor on-time performance and help service needs to meet on-time objectives.
Support our operators in the field and help assign work as needed.
Conduct vehicle inspections in the field and in the parking area.
Perform road observations and ride checks with all Maruti Transportation employees.
Required to report activities daily.
Must maintain a strong interaction with our client in the field.
