Tesla is seeking a Roadside Support Specialist to join our team and work with one of the most innovative vehicle brands globally. We are in search of dynamic individuals who thrive in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to navigate urgent situations with precision and efficiency. As apart of the Roadside Team, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience by building strong relationships with roadside assistance professionals and collaborating with internal departments. Ideal candidates will bring experience in emergency dispatching, roadside support, or other high-level customer service roles. The ability to excel in a high-energy team environment and manage multiple events simultaneously is essential. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness. This location operates 24/7 and requires open availability and the ability to work weekends.
