What You’ll Do: Become a product expert to assist families in navigating our offerings from preemie to size 14. Welcome customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about our products. Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor. Ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers. Model exceptional service standards and guide others in providing an optimal omni-channel experience. Lead an assigned business focus area and ensure detailed follow-through. Supervise as the Leader on Duty, driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly. Utilize customer feedback to pinpoint improvement areas and drive positive changes. Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit offerings. Provide regular feedback to the store team and address performance issues with the Store Manager. Recognize and celebrate exceptional team performances. Support asset protection through exceptional service and a commitment to safety and operational controls. Qualities we value in a candidate: A positive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask efficiently. You can: Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing. Stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders as necessary.
