What We’re Looking For:

 

• Luxury and Fine Dining Expertise : You’ve managed high-end, service-driven environments and know what five-star feels like — because you’ve delivered it.
• Impeccable Attention to Detail : You notice the wrinkle in a tablecloth, the missing garnish, the tone of a guest's voice — and you respond before anyone else sees it.
• Leadership and Culture Building : You know how to build, motivate, and retain a high-performance team that’s proud to walk through the doors every day.
• Guest Experience Obsessed : You anticipate needs, resolve issues gracefully, and create the kind of moments guests can’t stop talking about.
• Operational Excellence : From inventory to cost controls, you run a tight ship and understand how to balance experience with efficiency.
• Brand Stewardship : Experience with global or iconic luxury brands is a plus. You get what it means to protect and elevate a brand’s identity every single shift.

• Base salary of $110,000 (flexible for the right fit)
