Who We Are:  Patt Co. Design is a boutique design-build remodeling firm in Moline, Illinois, transforming kitchens, baths, additions, and whole homes with remarkable craftsmanship. The Role:  As our Interior Designer, you’ll be the creative and client-focused heart of every project. You’ll guide clients from inspiration to reality, ensuring each remodel reflects their vision and our commitment to craftsmanship. You’ll collaborate with project managers, trades, and vendors to bring seamless, functional, and beautiful designs to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with clients to understand their goals, design preferences, and vision
  • Create mood boards, conceptual designs, 3D renderings, and selections
  • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, drawings, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with vendors and trade partners to source materials and ensure design execution
  • Support the estimator in developing budgets and design & development agreements for clients
  • Host trade walk meetings and participate in pre-construction and construction milestone reviews
  • Visit job sites periodically to review project progress, ensure design fidelity, and collaborate with project managers and trades
  • Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout each project
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and the production team to bring designs to life

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Residential remodeling design experience, ideally with high-end projects
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect and Canva (JobTread experience preferred)
  • Strong client-facing skills with ability to lead and inspire confidence
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, trades, and vendors
