The Rental Lot Representative is responsible for inventorying and maintaining rental vehicles at airport lots, ensuring they are ready for customers. This role involves outdoor work, using handheld devices for vehicle status entry, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work various shifts while standing and moving throughout the lot.

What You’ll Do:
In this outdoor role, you will inventory our cars at our airport lots, enter vehicle status and other information in a mobile handheld device, checking that our cars are ready for our customers to rent and assist customers as needed, all with excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk and move throughout rental lot for continuous period, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
