The Role

As a Tax Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team of skilled professionals and ensuring the highest quality of tax services. Your role is pivotal in upholding our reputation as a premier expat tax service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Ensure excellence in client service, managing complex expat tax cases with expertise and creativity.
• Drive innovation in tax strategies and solutions, staying ahead in a rapidly changing field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our services and client experience.

Qualifications:

• Active EA certification required.
• Experience in US expat tax services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and openness to new ideas and approaches.

• The base salary is determined based on both the technical, leadership and client facing experience level of candidates. What you can expect:
  • The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on depth of individual expat tax background and experience in a leadership role.

Regular compensation reviews based on performance. Following the initial probationary period, a performance review will be conducted on a regular basis to assess performance to-date.
