Job Title: Remote Customer Success Associate - $65-$75k (FinTech)
Salary: $65k-$75k Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO
Requirements: Customer Success/Account Management in B2B

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees.

Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Customer Success Associate experience with:

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS

Experience in financial services is a big plus, but not required!

You will take a lead role in client education meetings and personalized meetings across mid market and enterprise accounts. You will also assist customers to better understand our software and how to best utilize our products.

Rather than manage a dedicated books of business, you will provide support and assistance as needed.

What You Will Be Doing

• You will take a lead role in client education meetings and personalized meetings across mid market and enterprise accounts. 
• You will also assist customers to better understand our software and how to best utilize our products.
• Help to develop and refine content for specific customer personas
• Collaborate with both Sales and Onboarding to provide support

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS
