*Staff Nurse - Area Float*
*Full Time Paid Training! Please know this is NOT a Seasonal role - training will be 10 weeks to prepare you to work the floor.*

* *Full Time* - *Rotating* base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week
* Comfortable working *some weekends* based on team needs
* Starting and ending times can range from *4:00 am to 6:00 pm*
* Average hours range from *12 to 14 hours a day*
* Oversee a group of up to *16 dialysis patients *with the partnership of up to *4 fully trained PCTs*
* *Paid Dialysis Training *provided
*What does a successful RN look like?*
* At least *1 year of hands on nursin*g experience
* Experience within *fast paced settings* such as LTC / Acute, ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
* *ADN / BSN / Diploma* in Nursing with an *active current RN license *in Michigan
* Confident in *working independently *as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
* Someone who is *eager to learn* and expand their nursing experience
