We are hiring a Registered Nurse Administrator for our office in State College, PA. The RN Administrator will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all growth and development targets while actively establishing and maintaining market awareness throughout the local service area. Duties and responsibilities for the RN Administrator Participate with regional and corporate teams to implement the company's standards, policies, and procedures while adhering to federal, medical, and HIPAA standards Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, coaching, and developing field and/or management staff as necessary to meet patient needs and assure the growth of the program Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual audits as required Serve as the local privacy officer of the agency Plan and develop the office budget and create guidelines, processes, and analyses of weekly trends to help meet agency budgetary expectations Develop marketing plans and establish connections that build and maintain referral sources Possess knowledge of the insurance authorization process, oversee and assist with visit schedules, complete payroll, and manage any issues or complaints Participate or assist with evening and weekend on-call services as required Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Medicaid and state survey readiness Benefits of the RN Administrator Health Insurance Stipend Complimentary wellness and preventive care (MEC) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Plan Supplemental Benefits Office Schedule GCU Tuition Discount Verizon Discount Clearance Coverage, if needed (FBI, State, and Childline) Rapid Growth Company Employee Recognition Program Qualifications for the RN Administrator Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Demonstrated history of positive performance results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task while excelling in a fast-paced, team environment Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite Time management and organization skills Interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients, family members, referral sources, and the community Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices as well as state and federal regulatory requirements
