Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time in our Raleigh, NC location. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral interventions and support services to our clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). If you are dedicated to helping others and have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans and strategies to promote positive behavior and skill acquisition

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

  • Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and other team members to ensure effective and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or a related field

  • Ability to work part-time, up to 30 hours per week

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
