Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with HireCare Services – Georgia, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support services, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled RBT to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Provide one-on-one support, social skills training, and daily living skills training to clients
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
Document treatment plans, progress, and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
Must hold a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent experience in a related field
Must be certified or become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hire date
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Work Environment:
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a diverse population of clients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other support staff
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
