📍 Location: Preferred Chicago, IL | Open to Central/East US (must be willing to travel to Chicago)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience) + commission

Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter & Administrative Executive to manage full-cycle hiring while providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates
✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
✅ Manage job postings across job boards and social media
✅ Conduct reference checks and support onboarding
✅ Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipelines
✅ Build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal teams
✅ Provide administrative and office support, including scheduling and correspondence
🎯 Required Qualifications
✔️ 5–7 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
✔️ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
