Our client, a dynamic staffing agency, is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join their team. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various positions.
• Utilize MS Excel and other tools to maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Manage scheduling and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients and candidates.
• Provide training and instruction delivery as needed to enhance recruitment processes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or similar management software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
