Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Addison branch. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and place qualified candidates for various job opportunities, ensuring the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in roles that align with client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborate with the branch team to meet staffing goals and deliver on client expectations.
Manage job postings and actively recruit through various platforms.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and legal requirements.
Promote the ASAP Work app to candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient job placement process.
Qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting experience (staffing industry experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with staffing software is a plus.
A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on results.
