Role: Product Owner (Real Estate domain)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia - 100% Onsite

Pay Rate: $60.61/ hr. on W2/C2C

Visa: W2 / C2C both works

Interview Process: Multiple rounds of technical interviews & one client round

Description:

Candidate focusing on the development of innovative solutions within the Real Estate domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles and a proven track record of successfully defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional development teams. This role requires a professional who can translate business needs into technical requirements and drive the delivery of high-value products that enhance our workplace and real estate operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
• Domain Expertise: Strong domain knowledge in Global Workplace Services (GWS)/Real Estate.
• Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
