The Renee White Team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Office & Marketing Support professional to assist our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and marketing support and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic work environment.

F/T M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM in Walnut Creek

Compensation:

$25 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Stock and manage office supplies, snacks, and drinks.
  • Prepare marketing packages and mailers for distribution.
  • Update and distribute various reports.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system.
  • Pull and organize statistics from MLS for reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Create and update graphics and mailers using Canva templates.
  • Update our digital newsletter using Mailchimp.
  • Manage and post content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Backup support to Listing and Transaction Coordinator.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative or marketing support roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
