This is a Commission-Only Sales position, with no limits on compensation.

This position is to build an incredible network of clients and community by learning and applying elite real-estate, sales and relationship building techniques.

People in this position receive:

• Hands-on sales training to fit the modern business world from top-performing ISAs, agents, and industry executives
• Learn prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, and how to create revenue with your own skills.
• Individual mentoring from top-performing Business Consultants
• Get coached by top 1% ISAs on how to be your authentic self and earn big commissions
• Top 1% closers to ensure leads get to the finish line
• Opportunity for internal advancement including leadership and passive income

Responsibilities

•Make calls and set appointments with prospective clients for top-performing San Diego Real Estate Agents and teams.
•Build relationships and nurture leads through and beyond the sale.
•Invite clients to events and opportunities
•Learn to build relationships and convert without being salesy

Qualifications
